San Francisco households and others in the Bay Area can ask about DCS refrigerator repair or call (415) 969-2271. It helps to state code 18, the refrigerator model number and whether you silenced the alarm.
Model compatibility: DCS reuses codes across series and model years, so 18 may mean something different on another appliance or generation. Confirm this against your model’s documentation and record your full model number before acting.
